How can we define the New Administrative Capital?
Is it a modern city, a residential and investment destination, or a huge national project?
The New Administrative Capital may be a mixture of all of the above, as it was launched as a national project in 2015 to realise Egypt's Vision 2030, and aims to relieve pressure on Greater Cairo and build a modern smart city.
A residential and investment destination
The New Administrative Capital extends over an area of 170,000 acres divided into three phases, including residential neighbourhoods, the government district, and the financial and business district. It is characterised by modern infrastructure, the Green River, the Iconic Tower, and the Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque.
New Administrative Capital: A city that keeps pace with the modern age
In the New Capital, the state provides all advanced means of transport such as the electric train and monorail, and integrated services in education, health, and commerce.
With a variety of investment opportunities in the residential, commercial, administrative and medical sectors, the Administrative Capital has become a strategic project that puts Egypt on the map of global cities.
